How It Works
01. Tell us about your project
Share your creative brief, timeline, and any must-haves for the location.
02. We curate a custom location report
Your dedicated project manager hand-selects homes that fit your production. No algorithms, no endless searching.
03. Choose your favorite and book
Review your options, select the best fit, check them out in person, and we'll coordinate the rest.
No upfront fees
There are no scouting fees or upfront costs.
If you book through AVVAY, our commission is paid by the host. Your team simply pays the agreed-upon location fee.
Location scouting shouldn't slow down production.
Finding the right home can take days of searching, outreach, and coordination.
We simplify the process by curating production-friendly homes based on your creative brief, so your team can spend less time scouting and more time creating.
